THE BODY:
The main body consists of a heavy construction which is made from Meehanite casting, with a weight of 4960 lbs.
Turcite B is applied to the surface of the X and Y slideways. Turcite B will greatly improve accuracy, smooth operation and the longevity of the machine!
ACER installs the advanced E-mill 5VK head with the inverter electronic variable speed for the best and most accurate operation.
When it comes to a working table the 6VK comes with a 59" x 11 4/5" working table with extensive travel: 47" x 15", making it the largest in its class!
This machine can run both single and 3 phase 220V without using a phase converter. Our customers love this feature because the machine provides so much versatility for shops.
