Thank you to everyone who wished us a happy 30th anniversary yesterday. It means a lot to us to know that we are making our customers successful with our sales, and support. Hearing it from them as they congratulate us is even better. Our mission is to serve -services is in our name!
Why Rossi Machinery is Successful:
We still get excited about helping our manufacturing customers with their projects. As small business owner ourselves, we know that staying in budget is very important.
As previously discussed, last year, we were able to help several companies who had a need for multiple machines achieve their goal and stay in budget!
Discussing their applications with Mike Rossi allowed him to offer the right machines for these customers. They were able to successfully purchase the both of their machine tools and stay in budget.
What a gratifying reward it is to know that we helped our customer achieve both machines without breaking their budget. Mike Rossi has the expertise in this industry, first as a machine tool rebuilder, and service technician, but also with his many years as a maintenance supervisor for a large manufacturing firm in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. These experiences allows him to bring a unique prospective to the buying process. As a German-trained rebuilder, there is not much he hasn't seen.

When Mike Rossi founded Rossi Machinery Services, Inc., he was already helping many of our customers on a part-time basis.
His reputation for honest, affordable and lasting solutions made him well sought after.
On January 6, 1995, we established Rossi Machinery Services, Inc. and he brought the company full time.
We never looked back. Our success has been because of our customers and vendors. Today, we thank you all.
Small, medium and large customers, from mom/pop shops to Lockheed Martin to medical manufacturing, aerospace and other defense customers, we cover it all. Our mission is to treat each customer's project like it is a big deal, even down to the small mom/pop shops, because it is.
Small Is Good:
We are a small business too. But that doesn't mean that we can't do the job.
For over 9 years, we were the service agent for Lockheed Martin, Akron Ohio. Keeping them and all our other customers in good shape was a mission that we accomplished and are proud of.
Lockheed moved to New York some time ago; and we declined to travel that far because of the impact on our customers here in Ohio. We plan all our jobs around what our customer's will need.
Being small means you get an individualized, expert and affordable recommendation from us. If we can't help; we will tell you.
Mike will inform you of all your options - if you need them or just quote a base machine. You are in the driver's seat with us. And because we are small too, we understand the need for keeping in budget. It matters.
Believe it or not, big companies need to watch their budgets too and we work within their budgetary constrictions.

No off shore, no call center, you get Mike Rossi to help with your questions. Many of our competitors can sell the machine, but they just do not have the staff that can install it, level it (important) and show you around the machine tool when you get it. That's what sets us apart from others
