Rossi Machinery Services' relationship with Clark Dietrich began with a service call to troubleshoot a bed mill that had repeatability and circularity issues.
Because we are an ACU-RITE Partner Distributor, we have the expertise to diagnose the G2 control on the machine.
Due to mechanical issues, Clark Dietrich did not feel that a rebuild of the machine was economically feasible.
They decided to replace the machine and asked us for a recommendation.

Our customer, Flying Dutchman in Ohio, needed to increase their output of parts for their silos and bin unloaders that they build in their facility.

KNOX COUNTY CAREER CENTER is one of the many quality trade schools that we work with.
Doing it right by teaching the basics first so that learning CNC machining becomes a breeze, Joe LaFevre, program director has a full capacity class for this fall semester. His program is at capacity because his program trains students to be great machinists.

MEDICAL MANUFACTURING, AKRON OH
AKRON, OH: Our medical manufacturer in the Akron area had issues with their milling head. Mike made the trip to Akron and troubleshot this old Step-Pulley head, determining that the repair was costly. After discussing their options with them, they decided to get the better technology, performance and finished parts with a new ACER E-Head™. The E-Head™ is one very good way to better your mill's performances when the mill 's slides are still good. No job is too small for us. And seeing our customer's delight with this new head is worth it all. Their mill's performance just became a lot better!

A medical manufacturing company, they have grown over the years since we sold them their first ACER Bed Mill. TOTAL GYM
Total Gym, Mt. Gilead, OH: We love our start-ups and this one is an exciting one. Making the proto types for new gym equipment takes a lot of quality, precision and in this case ACER, JET, and many accessories. It was very important to our customer to have the expert technical information, choices between different models and the ability to get everything in a one-top-shop. We completed all of this and more. The Band Saw, ACER 3VK-II ,pictured in the shipping wrap, and the accessories' shipping was handled by us. With JET if you spend $2500.00 or more and have it shipped to us we can deliver it for free in our service area. In addition, our customer was delighted with our "minimum pricing policy" We do more for our sales!
