Box-Shaped Slideways: To ensure high-accuracy and machine longevity, each machine model comes equipped with box-shaped slideways.
Mating surfaces are covered with a special synthetic resin material.
Ball-screw drives are forced lubricated. and Telescoping steel covers protect the slideways and screws from chips, coolant and debris.

The Kitako-Shimada HS4200 series offers a built-in high-speed gantry type of part loading system.
Proven to be a very reliable system, it has 1-Arm and 2-Grippers on the loading arm.
It is also equipped with a 90-degree work reversing unit right above the loading spindles, and work-feeder packaged together. Both sides of a part can be simultaneously machined using this system!
The lathe is designed with three independently isolated areas.

The machine has a remote pendant for operating the part loading system. Programming and manual operation of parts loading system is performed on the same control panel. Basic 8-pattern modes are available in the controller, enabling easy programming and selection of loading modes.
